When traditional healthcare stopped providing real solutions, we found ourselves exhausted, underserved, and desperate for relief. Founders Dior and Ericka Novello, both navigating their own unique health battles, turned to peptides—and discovered something that changed everything.
What started as a personal search for healing has grown into a purpose-driven business grounded in transparency, education, and quality. Today, Porter Peptides proudly offers high-quality, lab-tested peptides for research purposes only—with a mission to empower others to explore what's possible when you take your health into your own hands.

Dior Novello
Co-Founder
Dior had spent years managing PCOS, endometriosis, metabolic syndrome, and hormonal imbalance. When insurance stopped covering the medications she relied on, the only alternatives came with side effects that made her feel worse. She began researching peptides out of sheer frustration—and when she tried them, something clicked. It was the first time in years she felt truly connected to herself.
It brought her back to the version of herself she remembered growing up in her childhood home on Porter Street in South Philadelphia: strong, energized, and in control of her body. That's where the name "Porter Peptides" comes from—a return to self.
Ericka Novello
Co-Founder
Ericka's journey was different, but no less intense. She was experiencing chronic pain from arthritis and sciatica that radiated through her lower back and left her bedridden most days, clinging to a heating pad for temporary relief. As she entered menopause, her symptoms compounded—fatigue, anxiety, memory fog, night sweats, and loss of libido made her feel like a stranger in her own skin.
But when she started peptides, everything began to shift. Her pain eased. Her sleep became deep and restorative. Her mental clarity returned. She felt relief, balance, and motivation—something she hadn't felt in years.
